So Cute! This bed is perfect for my 3 year old son. He absolutely loves it! It is very easy to put together but the stickers are no joke. I wish they came on from the factory. Take your time with them.I would have given this 5 stars but I think it's a little overpriced even with free site to store shipping which by the way didn't go so well for us. It came in about 10 days which I thought was pretty quick but when I sent my Husband to go get it he called to tell me that the box looked like it had fallen off the truck and rolled down the freeway. He had them open it there and all seemed well surprisingly. It was undamaged but that doesn't excuse the condition of the box.We bought a mattress with no box spring and for a little one I think this is better so the sides are much higher. We used the supports it came with and didn't have to buy any plywood and it seems to be holding up find. My Husband son and myself all lay in the bed together sometimes so I wouldn't worry about the weight limit.This bed is quite large so don't be fooled. It is 91.5 x 58. The box it enormous, 92 x 25 x 30 and weighs about 110lbs.Overall I would recommend this bed if your little one loves McQueen as much as mine does. Once its all together it seems worth it but getting there takes a lot of effort. 06/29/2010
Just what we were looking for!!! We looked at a lot of Cars beds for our son's room and although this one was a bit pricier, it is well worth it. It made our son's transition to his "big boy bed" a breeze as it has a lower mattress setting so it still has a bit of a side so he doesn't roll out or you can have it up higher like in the picture. The only thing that I didn't like is some of the stickers are hard to get flat to the surface because of the curves of the bed (it comes as plain plastic pieces and you have to put all the stickers on). 11/02/2007
Actually a twin size bed! I was amazed that this bed is actually a twin size bed. I was very lucky to read some of the reviews, one was very helpful with noting the size of the package you will have to pick-up. I had to rent a full size pick-up truck because I own a car. It's very simple to put together, the stickers are the worst part of the whole installation. This is a great product and my 4 year old son loves this bed. By the way, you will need a mattress and box spring for this bed. I used a bunk bed mattress, I definitley need a box spring! 06/25/2009
Great Buy Our 2 year old loved this product. We had it in his room for Christmas and he is still telling everyone he sees about his "Cars Bed!" Some of the other reviews had us worried about how hard the stickers were, but it was only about 10 minutes to get them on. Total assembly was about 30 minutes. Great product for any kid that loves Lightning McQueen! 01/04/2008
