Carribean Mist Eco Friendly Laundry and Household Kit is a high-quality product that is natural, safe and effective. This natural laundry detergent is more affordable than other name-brand, non-toxic products allowing all households to clean with products that are safer for their family and the environment. In addition, because there is so much pollution that destroys our world every day, we felt the need to help protect the earth for our children and families like us by manufacturing all natural, non-toxic detergents and household cleaning products. When creating these environmentally safe products, like natural laundry detergents and fabric fresheners, we ensured that we created highly concentrated, safe products that were affordable to every family who is interested in a healthy living environment and a cleaner earth.
Carribean Mist Eco Friendly Laundry and Household Kit is tough on dirt and stains yet is gentle on your clothes and the earth. Unlike conventional laundry detergents, it wont leave residues that may irritate sensitive skin. Ingredients: Plant based non-ionic and anionic surfactants, water, alcohol ethoxylate (plant derived), Natural water softeners (soda ash and borax) plant base lavender oil, preservative (less than 0.002 % ) For Best Results: Pour Carribean Mist directly on stained fabric, rub gently, allow to soak before washing; MEASURE Fill to 2 oz. line inside cap for normal loads, use full cap for heavily soiled or larger loads; POUR Pour into washer as it fills with water, then add laundry.
Many traditional fabric softeners are made from tallow and animal by-products. Carribean Mist fabric freshener does not contain animal ingredients, is not tested on animals, and is free of dyes. For Best Results: use 2/3 capful (1) for medium loads. Use less for hand washes. Add to your finial rinse cycle. Pour into water, not directly over laundry. Use more for increased softening. Ingredients: Natural fabric softener base (derived from soy), natural fragrance (lavender oil), preservative (less than 0.05%), water.

Carribean Mist is safe on most fabrics; note the following exceptions: leather, suede, silk. Carribean Mist is biodegradable and poses no threat to the environment. This product will not harm pets when used as directed, with the exception of birds which are sensitive to all scented products. I am going to be honest and say that when I ordered, I didn’t pay much attention to the sizes or anything, but I assumed that because I only paid around $25 they were going to be smaller sizes or a poor product. I was happy to find that this was not the case. I loooove the fabric/air spray that comes with it. I also have loved all the other products. I will be purchasing this brand again. 01/10/2011

However, if you are used to eco and natural products having a mild, natural, or no scent, I would not recommend this product for you. The smell is too artificial and overpowering, in my opinion. The package arrived, I threw the box and packing slip away and put them in my laundry room. What can go wrong with a house cleaning kit after all? I was wrong.Today is the laundry day, I took out the laundry detergents and while I measured the amount to use I discovered both bottles have old leak marks outside the cap and the bottle themselves, as well as some dried up half solid goo around the pourers with some dirty marks. I actually washed the bottles becasue it was so dirty. Further more, the 'Free & Clear' bottle is only 2/3 full! It looks like it has been used.Maybe I'm just unlucky to received products in such condition but they should meet the basic expectation. 03/03/2013
