Carex Blue Satin Quad Cane 2 3
Mixed feelings! I have never used one of these types of canes before as I use the standard type but ordered this hoping for more stability. Its nice looking for a quad cane but has been very hard for me to use. It doesn't give me the stability I has hoping for because of the design of the base. When discussing this with my sister and my aunt who both have or had a quad cane..they felt the same way. In fact, my sister's Dr. told her he didn't like these types because often times, people hit them with their foot when walking. This also happened to me while in my home..walking barefoot when one of the "prongs" went between my toes. I would only recommend this if you have used a quad before and had no problems. I now only use it to stand by the computer for rising up! 04/21/2009
Serves its purpose.. I've been using this for more than 4 months now. No problems, so far. But I'm always home, rarely go outdoors so I can't really tell how well it can be on rough surface grounds. But I definitely can't do without it. 04/04/2012
