Directions
- Adults And Children Over 18 Years: Squeeze Desired Amount Of Capzasin Quick Relief Gel Onto Affected Area. Using The Sponge-Top Applicator, Massage Dispensed Gel Into Painful Area Until Thoroughly Absorbed. Repeat As Necessary, But No More Than 3 To 4 Times Daily. If Medicine Comes In Contact With Hands, Wash With Soap And Water. Children 18 Years Or Younger, Ask A Doctor.

For External Use Only. When Using This Product, Use Only As Directed. Do Not Bandage Tightly Or Use With A Heating Pad. Avoid Contact With Eyes And Mucous Membranes. Do Not Apply To Wounds Or Damaged, Broken Or Irritated Skin. A Transient Burning Sensation May Occur Upon Application But Generally Disappears In Several Days. If Severe Burning Sensation Occurs, Discontinue Use Immediately And Read Inside Carton For Important Information. Do Not Expose The Area Treated With Product To Heat Or Direct Sunlight. Stop Use And Ask A Doctor If: Condition Worsens; Redness Is Present; Irritation Develops; Symptoms Persist For More Than 7 Days Or Clear Up And Occur Again Within A Few Days. If Pregnant Or Breast-Feeding, Ask A Health Professional Before Use. Keep Out Of Reach Of Children. If Swallowed, Get Medical Help Or Contact A Poison Control Center Right Away.

No mess on your hands I have used just about everything over the counter for muscle aches and either they a cream and had to be rubbed with your fingers and messy,greasy and took to long at work to use.Capzasin Arthritis Pain Relief with the sponge applicator works well and without the mess.But when you shower or sweat it activates what is absorbed into the pores of your skin.Which is a plus.If you are a first time user make sure you rub a small amount on the back of your hand first so you can tell how it will effect your skin.It will sometimes turn my skin red.But this is the best I have ever bought and use it often.If you can stand the heat over the aches,it's well worth it. 05/02/2011
Not messy I've tried a lot of things ,but this seems to work best for my pain. It doesn't burn as other people had told me ,it just feel warm. And the plus side your hands stay clean. 04/26/2011
