CAP Barbell 40-lb. Dumbbell Set with Carry Case 287 390
Good weights One thing you should know with these weights, is it says 40 lb weights, that is incorrect. The 40 lbs comes from the whole package. So the weights are about 20 lbs each with all the weight on them. I had to purchase a second set so that i could have the 40 lb weights i wanted! But they are good dumb bells and do there job. 02/16/2011

Barbell Set The weights did not weigh 40lbs! Also, the carrying case was broken when we got it, I would rate it higher if the case was of better quality. Overall, it's a simple set to have for simple exercise. 02/01/2011
