My wife and I purchased this Bunk Bed for our son. However the instructions did not have all of the steps in them even though it was the entire manual. There were large bolts that were identified on the front page, but no instructions or steps on where the parts were to be installed. I called their support to ask where the parts went, and I was told they could not help with that or give me a complete manual. Not a good product if you cannot assemble it or use it. 12/16/2010
Good bunk bed with some issues We wanted this particular bunk bed because the window is situated in the boys room where a full sized headboard would have blocked part of the window. The twin sized lower headboard on this bunk does not block the window but we still have the full sized bed on the bottom so it fits very well. Features I really like about this bed is the issue I just mentioned above and I also really like the clearance between the two bunks. We had a bunk bed before that had very little clearance and you couldn't sit up on the bottom bunk without conking your head on the top. This one you can sit up comfortably. I also like the space saving ladder. No more stubbed toes on the ladder ends. The slats that hold the mattresses are generous in number and spaced well. The last bunk bed we had did not have many slats and the support was not good for the mattresses and the occupants of the beds. This bunk bed does not have that issue. The things we don't like about the bunk bed, it does not seem overly sturdy although we haven't had any issues so far. My older son sleeps on the top bunk and weighs about 110 lbs. When he gets into the bunk, you can see it swaying a little. I double check the that the bolts are tightened every once in awhile. When we got the packaged boxes, one of the bottom headboards had a crack in it and we got it replaced. Just be sure to check all the wood carefully if you buy this. Overall, our likes outweigh any dislikes so we will be keeping this bunk bed. Did not have any problems with the instructions although as the previous reviewer mentioned, they are not clear cut or explained very well. Having put together a bunk bed before with better instructions, I kind of already knew what went where. 06/08/2011
