One Major Flaw I would have given this product 5 stars if it had come intact. I had free home delivery which was great but when I opened the package the hinges had been pulled out of the one side of the unit leaving them as well as the screws in the bottom of the box. Luckily I had some screws that were a bit larger than the originals that I was able to use to reconnect the hinges. Assembly was as promised-it just took awhile longer because I had to reattach the hinges...There was also damage to the edge of one of the shelves but customer service was great and I had an undamaged replacement delivered within 5 days as promised. Overall, a nice piece of furniture for the price and I would still recommend it. 07/26/2010
Canopy Bookcase I bot one last year and it has worked well for storage of books and small stuff behind the closed storage doors. So I decided to buy two more and fill out my entire office wall with matching cases. A lot of storage, but I'm filling 'em up.I live in Maine and can't believe that they gave free shipping from Ca to Maine. Free like no cost--shipped right to my house door. 07/21/2010
Easy to put together- it looks great and its duarable.The only issue i have is one of the doors doesnt line up just right.The cool thing about it is if you move- cuz it is heavy- you can take it apart easy and it folds up. 07/20/2010
