Rated 4 out of 5 by helenc very tall I bought this with the desk and file cabinet. All of them were easy for me to put together by myself. I did need help getting the original box to the correct room. All of the pieces are heavy in the box. Nice solid wood and looks great, definitely recommend. Great deal for the price. 04/11/2011

However, the board which covers the back is in 2 pieces connected by hinges. 2 of the 3 hinges had come apart and the holes were stripped. I eventually got it to work for me. I was amazed at the quality and look of this tv stand when I saw it in the Wal-Mart store - even more so once I got it home and put it together. I had been wanting a nice bookshelf for my livingroom; but, I couldn't decide on what type or look I was going for. I ran across this one online, and ordered it immediately in the same mahogany finish. I ordered it on a Friday, did the site-to-store shipping; and, I had it in about a week. Took it home that evening and unpackaged the parts. I was hoping to not experience any of the damaged/broken parts that others said they experienced when ordering this bookshelf online. Unfortunately, one of my shelves was cracked. I called the company Monday morning to tell them that it was broken. No questions asked, they got my shipping address and told me it was on back-order (meaning it wouldn't be here for 11 days). That was a Monday - I received the shelf the following Friday.Overall, I am happy about my purchase. 04/09/2011
