The lighter colors do not block the light as much as i would have liked - the darker brown does block better. I feel i got a great deal on these. 05/01/2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by KaJuLa I purchased my first set of these curtains in store and absolutely loved them. The color was grey with a purple undertone which was perfect for my room. I was impressed as to how perfect they were! I ordered the second set on line because I needed the longer ones that weren't avaliable in the store. They are obviously from a different dye batch and are more a true silver grey without the purple undertone or any type of undertone really. I was disappointed that they didn't match, but they are ok, I'm not returning them because I think I won't find anything that's matches closer. Other than that I love the curtains. The quality is better than one would expect from Walmart and for the cost, they block light well (but are not black out) and reflect heat well and insulate from cold better than my original vertical blinds. 03/24/2013
