only buy if you don't wash your bedding The mattress pad was comfortable enough for the short period that I used it. After the first wash the flimsy, paper like material on the underside ripped in multiple places spewing batting all over the place. Very low quality. Very disappointing. 07/31/2010

Loved it until I washed it I bought this mattress cover and it was one of the nicest and most comfortable ones I had ever had. I had looked for one for quite a while that had real material on the sides instead of that paper like product that most of them have. It was soft and made your mattress plush. One day I decided to wash it. I have an extra large washer so I put it in following the directions for water temp, etc. When I opened the washer, the whole cover was totally torn apart. It took me almost an hour to clean out my washer tub because there were so many pieces. Don't buy one unless you plan to never wash it. 06/22/2010
