I purchased this frame because it was the size I needed and the price was reasonable. I had it shipped to my local store to save on shipping costs, however, I was a little disappointed that it took nearly two weeks to get there. When I picked up the frame it was packaged in a very large box (much larger than needed), however there was no additional packaging material in this larger box to protect. Fortunately it did not appear to be damaged, and I had the store associate remove it from the large box, and I took it home with only the frame package (the way you would find it on the store shelf).When I got home I noticed the frame was damaged. But it was not shipping damage, because someone had attempted to repair it. There must have been a crack in it, and then someone had attempted to fill the crack with some filler material and repaint it. I don't know if this was done at the Walmart warehouse, or by the manufacturer, but it should never have been shipped in that condition.I returned it to the local store, and bought a different model that they had in stock. It was just as nice, not damaged, and slightly cheaper. 02/09/2012

exceptional quality, good for $ frame looks great, built well. the only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating is because the matting is a little cheaper looking. but still fine by my standards! 12/12/2011
