    nice, sturdy rods

I love these rods. Every component is metal - no plastic finial like other rods I've seen. I bought them to go throughout my living, dining and entry ways. They hang beautifully, are a snap to install, and look great. My only caveat is that if you need them to go the max distance in width, be careful as they do tend to seem loose and sag slightly. I bought the 120" rod for my 110" space and it hangs well but when I tried to go 115-118", the rod wiggled up and down slightly. I do love that the rod is thicker than most - it gives it more weight and looks more elegant. Overall, I love these and highly recommend them.

I am very impressed with this rod. It wasn't costly and it looks very nice with the black decor in my living room. This rod is very much worth it.

These rods are very nice. I purchased heavy insulated curtains for two sets of sliding glass doors and these rods are sturdy enough to hold them and they adjust so they are long enough also. They are easy to install and look very nice.

I have 3 windows, grouped together, and I want to hang one panel at each end and between the windows, for a total of 4 panels. I don't want a support in the middle of the center window, so can I join 2 of them at the space between windows 1 and 2, where the panel could hide the support?

    • i don't think so, you can take off the ends in the middle so they look like they are together seamlessly

    • Well, I would have to say no. The rods are very heavy, so if you don't use a center support, it would sag a bit in the center. Here is a suggestion though, you can possibly purchase a large and a small one. The finial ends are the same size, just the rods would be different. That way you could use a large and a small rod that you can telescope into each other to get 124 inches. you would still need some additional supports, but the could be hidden between your with your panels between the 3 window.

    • I think you could. Each rod is made of 3 sections--the 2 ends pieces are joined by a rod that fits inside them and slides to adjust the length. I think if you bought 2 rods you could use one of the thicker sections in the middle with a thinner section on either end slipping into the end pieces. Not sure if my description makes sense but I think the answer is yes.
