Rated 5 out of 5 by MemawStan Perfect I went to several furniture stores trying to find a secretary like this one, a salesman even said "where did you see something like that?" which really ticked me off. I found them a few places but they wanted my first born and although i considered it I decided to go on line and see if I could at least find one I liked. I stumbled across this, and honestly was surprised to find it at Wal-mart. The price was great but we were not sure how it was going to look or how it was going to be to put together. It arrived way before we were told, which was wonderful, pick up was easy, and when we came home, my husband called one of our sons to help put it together. But he had it almost complete before he got there! He said he dumped it out of the box and it put itself together. We had 6 kids and he has had to put a million things together, but this was the easiest he said. it is really lovely and just fits perfectly where we wanted it, everyone who sees it says 'Wal-Mart? Really" and i saved the receipt so they can see, it is great even for a higher price, and a solid piece of furniture. I love it! 04/26/2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by 901mommy Did not meet expectations This desk was the only desk that was left/available in my area. It was sold out online. The holes did not match up, some of the wood pieces was warped, which made it difficult to assemble. Some of the pieces was damaged right out of the box. Some pieces had nicks, cuts and dings that honestly should have not been there. After this experience I will not be purchasing anymore pre-fab/put together furniture from Wal-Mart. 04/08/2013
