The odor does dicipate eventually.- Length is too short - I sleep on a normal size twin bed, however after reading the reviews about the sizes running very small, determined that I should order a Full Size. As the reviews stated, the topper was a foot short in length. The width probably would have been fine with a twin size, however, because I ordered the full, I was able to cut off the excess width and use to fill in for the length. 06/15/2010

But, in true memory foam form, it returned to its original shape and is most comfortable. 06/03/2010
Rated 4 out of 5 by PatInAlabama Very Comfortable I originally planned on purchacing a thicker topper from the same company. The thicker one was out of stock so I decided to give this one a try. It is perfect for what I wanted. I've been sleeping on an air mattress for years due to back and hip problems. I purchased this topper to go on top of the air mattress to give it more of a "bed" feeling. It worked! My bed is so comfortable now and feels like I'm sleeping on an expensive air-type bed that sells for thousands of dollars. I did buy a queen size for a full size bed based on reviews stating the size ran small. I'm glad I did; a full size would have been too small. The covering is very thin. You can actually see the foam through the covering. That's not a problem for me because I had already planned on putting my plush mattress pad over it. It's hard to imagine 1 1/2" of foam could make such a difference but it does. I would purchace this topper again in a heartbeat. 05/07/2010
