Rated 4 out of 5Â by pizzaeater44 This camera takes a good, fast pic in all situations in auto mode about 99% of the time. It's compact enough to fit in my fishing shoulder bag or shirt pocket. It takes good movies. Sound recording in movie mode could be better in my opinion but everything seams cheaper these days. I was impressed with it's image stabilizer. It took good pics & movies zoomed out to 12X. Night shots with flash are as good as it gets with a compact camera. Battery life is good and you can buy good off brand replacement batteries cheap if you like to take movies. I got some for $6.00 a piece @ overstock.com. When pics are blown up, they are grainy. Don't expect to get good large blowups with this camera. You'll get good 3 x 5's & good 4 x 6's or even maybe a little larger but don't expect much more. The movie button is funky but that's pretty much how they are all made these days. This is only the second camera I have owned but I've bought a few I returned because they didn't cut it for me. This one is a keeper for me. I don't view pics & movies on a high definition TV so I can't comment on that. For computer and Email it works great. The key is to downsize your movies with windows movie maker and make your Email program break apart large file sizes so you can send movies through Email. I'm hoping this is the last camera I ever have to buy. 06/30/2012
