This set of stands are exactly what I have been searching for. They are light weight, stackable and strong enough to stabilize my Aliner trailer. The price was much less than I could find anywhere else.

These are ideal for stabilizing "spring bounce" between the front and back jacks on a travel trailer. Put 1 or 2 near the tires and your trailer will be solid as a rock. Inexpensive, lightweight, easy to use, stores easily.

Excellent product. Use them for stabilization of RV. I run a 3/4 inch aluminum square tube between two jacks (purchased at Lowe's) and it does an excellent job of reducing the rocking of the RV when someone walks inside or goes in and out.

I have a 24 foot Class C RV, could I use these jacks to level my RV when I am at my campsite? Is this how others have used them?
    by an anonymous customer 5/16/2012
    • That is exactly what theses stands are meant to do.

    • Yes, I was on very unlevel ground and had to use a couple of blocks underneath on one side I have a 26' class c and they work fine. The documentation states not to screw them for gaining height, so I used a jack and snuged them up tight.

    • To adjust the level of a RV these unites do have limitations, I would use other jacks to level then use these to stabilize that position.

    • I use them on my Casita which is much lighter than your 24 footer. I do not think they would work to raise the RV but would be good to hold it there once jacked up.

    • No, they are to light to handle the heavy weight. I use them for stabilization to reduce the rocking. Run a 3/4 inch square aluminum tube between two of well.

    • They may very well "support" 6000 lbs on a perfectly level surface. But doubtful that they would lift it. A scissor or hydraulic jack would be better suited.. Campgrounds involve uneven surfaces, so there likely wouldn't be equal pressure on all 4 legs of the stand. Resulting in the stand bending or even folding, if supporting a lot of weight. Possibly 2 or more can successfully lift one side of a light camper an inch or so to level the fridge, while the trailer springs are helping. But a motor home of any size, is doubtful. Place them "tight " under the frame once the camper is pretty much level. Purpose is to keep the camper stable when entering or leaving or walking around inside. As someone else mentioned, Dirt or gravel surfaces might also require a piece of wood or other material for the jack to sit on, so it won't sink. KipK

    • These are pretty light. they are meant to be used to be brought up tight to the frame of an RV so that when you are moving around in it the RV will no move. Stabilizing Jacks.

    • No. These can be used at the corners to reduce "rock and roll" in the RV but not designed to level it. That requires much heavier jacks.
