Rated 4 out of 5 by frbshopper good day pack I bought 2 of these for a 2 day trip we were taking to Disney World. I bought a purple one for myself and a blue one for my husband. (The blue is not at all the color that it shows online) The online is a bright blue and the pack is a deep and rich blue but that is not a deal breaker. For our 2 days in the park I was able to carry 2 containers of sunscreen, 2 bottles of pain medication, my wallet, my folder with our reservations, car keys, batteries, water bottle, a womans fleece jacket and 2 pairs of child size jeans for my daughters. My husband's had a mens pair of jeans a mens fleece jacket, a water bottle, video camera, digtal camera, and 2 girls fleece jackets. They got us through the trip nicely, but the more we put in them the longer we had to make the strap the higher up on my shoulder my cell phone in the pocket on the strap went (I'm 5 feet tall), it didn't bother me but I thought I should point that out. They also go from back to front easily so you can open it without having to take it off every time, and 2 zippers that meet so you can position them to be in hand reach when you flip it from back to front or add a luggage lock for extra security. I see us using these packs for many trips in the future. 11/14/2011

On the night I was packing, the front pocket zipper just tore off after only using the bag for 5 minutes! The zipper after it broke looked like it was made out of plastic and not the usual metal material! I love the style of the back but the zippers are cheap! 05/02/2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by SCOTTnRIC High quality - Low function For weeks I searched for a replacement for the EastSport backpack that I had absolutely worn out. When I found this one I thought this was the solution. This backpack is of a sturdier construction than the one it replaces. If you have just a few items that you carry occasionally it will be fine. If, however, you use this daily to carry all your junk you may find it lacking. The front pocket is small and the buckle closure is difficult to fasten with one hand. The zipper pocket is functional and has some interior pockets for sorting. The main compartment is spacious enough for lunch, a windbreaker and a water bottle but has no pockets or hooks. It is not big enough to carry more than a couple books and a file folder will not fit without bending. There is no side pocket for a water bottle. I have never seen a backpack without an exterior water bottle pocket until now. If I had seen this backpack in a store I would not have purchased it. 04/12/2012
