Excellet Flat Iron! I've seen videos of this product being shown on YouTube, and it works exactly like they say it does! It makes your hair instantly shiny, bouncy, with no product being added.... it's FAST and it keeps your hair beautiful even after sleeping on it.The box it comes in is beautiful too - it's black & silver with an envelope styled flap that opens and closes with a hidden magnet - great storage box for your hairs new best friend. :-)Oh, and once you get comfortable with straightening your hair.... try to curl with it too! It's a little tricky at first, but I found a video that shows you how to do this - sorry, I don't have the link. Start at the top of your hair like you normally would, close the iron on a section of hair (don't hold it too tight) and wrap your hair around the wand one time - gently pull down as you would to straighten but twist just a bit in the direction of the curl... so cool!They are soft curls, but shiny and stay in all day with no hair spray! I have been using this flat iron for 3 weeks. The 1 st time I used it I thought I would love it. After 3 weeks my hair is extremely dry. I have never before had a problem with my hair falling out until recently. I am going to return this flat iron and go with a different brand. 02/01/2012
