Rated 1 out of 5 by outraged Very Disappointed I will not purchase this item again. It is hard to wash off, and the bristles on the wand are disappearing, just the top half of my wand is useable. What a waste of money. II'm still outraged that they discontinued the tru blend powder foundation. 03/04/2009
