Ya its less than 10 dollars but the person you are giving a hair cutt to will not like you when you use this product. It has no power and just keeps pulling the hair. Rated 4 out of 5 by Kardek good deal I just purchased this yesterday, used it to cut my hair and beard (1/8" all over), and it worked just fine with no problems whatsoever. I like the fact that it is very lightweight compared to other clippers I've owned (portable) and that it comes with a carrying pouch. I'm not too happy that the blades need to be oiled, as my previous hair clipper (also cheap but good) didn't need to have this done. But overall I'm happy with it, especially for ten bucks.-----------------------------------------------I must say I'm glad I purchased it before reading the review by TheOtherWorld here, or I might have been mislead and missed out on it. Maybe they didn't oil the blades before using, as per the instructions? 04/17/2009
Rated 2 out of 5 by OctavioD Non adjustable blades that need constant oil2work This clippers are OK. THESE CLIPPERS ARE "NOT" GOOD FOR FADING only for same/equal length cuts all around... The blades are non adjustable which is ok if you like low cuts NON FADES, (similar to the double zero at the barber shop). They do however need oiling before EVERY cut. to replace the tiny oil bottle included which is REALLY TINY cost about 3 dollars for 2 or 3 .. Harbor freight sells a very similar one that works the same (oil needed) but has adjustable blades for half the price (3.99-5.99) . I had those for about 3 years before they broke (plactic motor mount) I wouldnt expect much more from these either (due to it also having a cheap motor mount)If you dont oil it b4 use every time, you will brake the plastic mount quickly... MAIN THING IS TO OIL before EVERY use. 02/21/2012
