Rated 1 out of 5★ by CritterTLS Won't fit 1-1/8" frame as advertised Glad I got this through Walmart at half the price charged by most of the other internet sales sites. I have a 1-1/8" thick windshield frame, and this was the only mirror that I found that was supposed to fit that thickness. Well, it doesn't even come close to fitting, at least not without removing the mounting plate that the adjuster screw pushes against the windshield frame to hold it in place. Now I have it mounted without the plate, which is not very secure, as only a small edge of the plastic adjuster is in contact with the edge of the windshield frame, with the rest of the adjuster off of the edge of the frame (above the windshield glass). Also, I was very disappointed at how hard it is to adjust the mirror housing. It takes two hands and a lot of force to budge it, which is impossible while underway and usually dislodges it from the windshield frame. The two side mirror sections adjust easily enough, but they have such limited movement that they can't be adjusted to see far enough out to the sides of the wake. Also, the entire mirror housing has an extremely limited range of side-to-side movement. I mounted it on the port side of my boat to keep it from hanging in my face, but I had to move it all the way to the extreme port side of the windshield where the frame curves toward the back of the boat in order to get it angled to where I could actually see the wake. And the shape severely limits the view behind the boat; a rectangular shape would provide a much better view. I'm not at all happy with this mirror, but I can't find any other mirror that isn't huge that will supposedly fit my windshield frame. So I'll suffer with it until I can find a better one. 06/25/2012
Rated 3 out of 5★ by bigy Seems ok Its still winter. I do not go boating this time of year, so I have not used this product. It is a little wide, especially if you have a small windshield. It is designed to fit up to slightly over a inch thick windshield, down to a small thick windshield. 03/10/2013
Rated 4 out of 5★ by LakeBoy25 Size is Right For Runabout I had previously purchased the CIPA Extreme mirror. It was just to big and produced too much of a blocked forward view for my 19' runabout. This mirror is a better compromise of not blocking the forward view while at the same time providing adequate rear view to see if the rider is still up on the ski, tube, or wakeboard. It hold the windshield well and I do not have to worry about it falling off. 07/02/2013
