The CAP Barbell 6' Standard Weight Bar with Smooth Ends is constructed of durable steel and is made to last. This weight bar comes in a standard size and is designed for use with 1" weight plates. This Cap Barbell 6' weight bar is terrific for full-body workouts. This Cap Barbell Weight Bar works easily with collars (not included in the set). The CAP Barbell 6' Weight Bar with Smooth Ends has a chrome finish. The diamond knurled hand grips are created with the lifter's safety in mind.

Rated 2 out of 5 by YourMostWelcome Portion where you put weights is to short. There is hardly any room to put weights (especially concrete) onto the bar. 11.5 inches on each sides is all you have to load it up. Between the collars, it measures approximately 48 inches (so it fits most racks,) but it doesn't do you much good if you have virtually no room to load it up with weights. 03/01/2013
