Rated 5 out of 5 by Nemocapt Does what I needed at a bargain price. I recently bought an Olympic-style barbell. It came with 80 lbs. of plates: 2x 25, 2x 10, 2x 5. This means I can load the bar with 10, 20, 30, 50, 60, 70, or 80 lbs. Note the jump from 30 to 50. I wanted two more 5 lb. plates to fill in the gap. These plates fit my barbell, weigh what they should, arrived quickly, and cost the least money for what I needed. 04/20/2013

Online sporting goods stores were charging more for the shipping than the item's price. Thanks Walmart for your excellent marketing strategy.I'd like to also order the 2.5 lb plates to complete my set, but did not see them offered through Walmart.Oh yes, the default picture does not match the actual wt. of the item.
