I recieved the curl bar but only one circle piece came and it did not have the screw shown in the picture that tightens it. I like the bar a lot despite the missing pieces  I currently have a ‘deeper' curl bar that is better for shoulder upright rows. I started using this curl bar for curls. Close grip and wide grip. Feels a lot better with this bar. I like the black finish as well.

Only been using for a couple weeks. Only 15lb; use it as barbell for home gym as actual barbell would be too big. Only thing would be clips to hold weight - the ones they give are not convenient/old fashioned (not the coiled version) that you have to twist a bolt to tighten AND untighten.

Great

Great balance and great grip.  Ends can be tightened with a hex wrench if they loosen over time.  Clamps a bit awkward and not so user friendly if you frequently change weights.  Get yourself some squeezable spring clamps for convenience.

Collar bolts was rusty and one of them did not fit

The CAP Olympic Curl Bar is OK for home use. It won't last forever and if you don't mind obvious poor design and sloppy construction and you just want a cheap bar that gets the job done this is the bar for you. The end clmaps are milled or cast roughly and have rough edges. The etching on the bar had rough metal edges, and the bearing mechanism is simply and incomplete; it works but it won't last forever. But I suggest discarding the clamps and getting spring clamps or Muscle Clips. If you look around you can find a good Troy curl bar for about twice the price. The Troy bar is a much better value; it will appears it will last forever and it's build quality and materials are superior. With this CAP bar, you get a low price bar but it is not the best value.
