Supplier Warranty: FOREVER, LIFETIME and LIMITED WARRANTIES A. Forever Warranty Protects Burris products from any defects in materials or workmanship even if you are not the original owner. Burris will, at our option, repair or replace the item at no charge. B. Lifetime Warranty Protects Burris products from any defects in materials or workmanship. Valid only for the original owner. Burris will, at our option, repair or replace the item at no charge. C. Limited Warranty Either a 1-Year, 3-Year or a 5-Year warranty. If the product is within the warranty period Burris will at our option, repair or replace the item at no charge. Burris is not responsible for physical damage to products. Forever Warranty on all Burris handgun scopes. 3. LaserScope / Eliminator a. Forever Warranty on all optical or mechanical systems. b. Limited 3-Year Warranty on all electronics. 4. Lighted Reticle Systems (LRS) and Electro Dot a. There is a Limited 5-Year warranty on electronics. This includes all Fullfield/II, Signature Series/Select, Black Diamond, Euro Diamond, XTR, Six X and Handgun scopes. AR Sights 1. AR Tripler Forever Warranty 2. AR 332 Prism Sight Limited 1 Year. Laser Flash Light 4. Other binoculars and spotting scopes 5. Shot Cam. Shipping charges to Burris should be prepaid by the owner. Insure the shipment. Burris cant be responsible for your product until we receive it. There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied, contained herein except for such that may arise under certain state laws. In that event, said implied warranties are limited in scope and duration to the terms of this warranty. Burris is not liable for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty gives the owner certain legal rights, and possibly other rights which may vary from state to state. Under the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Agency, this is considered a limited warranty. When returning your product be sure to fill out the Return Authorization form. Repair Authorization Form Ship the product prepaid and Insured by mail, UPS, or other parcel service. Please keep tracking records for the shipment.
