My husband and I purchased this cherry wicker hamper to go in our second daughter's nursery. We ordered it in conjunction with the white muslin liner.The hamper is nice, and so is the liner. It is definitely large enough to accomodate all the laundry needs for a messy newborn. The only drawbacks are that:1.) The wicker on the hamper was slightly damaged when it arrived, (We opted for the Site-to-Store shipping, which was suprisingly fast) but not unreasonably so, considering the fact that is wicker, and the very nature of the product lends itself to damage. (The damage also likely occured during production and not shipping) No noted damage to the liner. (which comes wrapped separately, which was nice)2.) The hamper itself is of a considerably lighter cherry than it appeared on the webpage, (our nursery furniture is dark cherry) so it didn't match perfectly, but nothing unreasonable.3.) I personally felt it was a little overpriced for the item, being only a simple wicker hamper. That said, I couldn't find better prices for lined wicker hampers anywhere else.I would definitely recommend this product, especially for a nursery. 04/23/2010
Great product, much cheaper than PB! This is the second Burlington Basket wicker hamper that I've purchased. The first is in our nursery, and now since we are expecting again, we bought another one for our son's "big boy" room. What I like best about this hamper is that it is a piece that looks nice when sitting out in a room. It is decorative, and not like one of those flimsy fabric hampers you want to hide away in a closet. Also, you can buy different liners so that it may go with any room as your taste changes. I also have the matching storage baskets and under the crib storage that I enjoy as well. Great price, super quality! 05/26/2009
There were a couple of things that I didn't like about this basket. Right when I got it I noticed the top handle is already fraying off. Also the liner was not really sewn well. The seams are coming apart. I figured it was too much of a hassle to send the product back for a new top and I am using a different liner that matched the room anyways. 07/04/2008
