Rated 5 out of 5 by Rich43 Well built and beautiful This lamp is attractive, looks modern and is constructed of heavy metal which feel like it will last a lifetime and more. Shade is nice, too. I thought the shade looked oval in the photo, but it is round. This is a great lamp to place behind your reading chair, since the chain switches are easy to reach from below. We are pleased. 10/02/2010
