great printer had to contact Brother to get printer to work. they did everything from there and it works great. 05/23/2012
Great printer! After installing it initially, I printed several pages at once and the last several printed poorly (very splotchy) but it's printed perfectly ever since. This has been a wonderful investment and it saves money on ink!! That first time I printed several pages was on cardstock and on top of being splotchy it also rubbed off easily. It might just be something that happens when printing on cardstock but we haven't had any more problems with it. So glad we replaced our ink jet printer with this one! 05/08/2012
