Should have bought this one to begin with. Pretty simple and light weight for her. No problems at all and has worked great so far. Very easy to understand for her . I'm sure she will enjpy this for years to come. 01/14/2013

I have already made a pair of fleece pants, a hat and an apron with it. The stitch functions are easy to use and the tension is super easy to set. Threading is a breeze as is setting the bobbin. The DVD that it comes with is really helpful and makes using the machine even easier than it already is. It is pretty heavy and not cheaply made. I would definitely recommend this machine for those wanting to learn to sew and for advanced sewers. 01/03/2013
