Customer Product Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5★ by 6reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5★ by Great lock weather-resistant lock for outdoors! I have two of these locks. One of them for about 5 years, the other for about 2 years. Both are outdoors on my two wooden fence gates. The locks work great! Easy to open, easy to close, no rust, never stuck. I was originally worried they would degrate over the hot summer, cold winter, and rain storms, but the locks show no sign of wear-and-tear. Great outdoor lock! 05/29/2012
Rated 5 out of 5★ by This is a good solid lock for the price. Good for tool boxes, lockers, and gates. Combination is easy to change. I've had one on my backyard gate for years, and it always opens and locks. 02/09/2013
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Not so good Was looking for good locker room lock. Seems cheaply made, numbers difficult to read and too close together so you end up spinning multiple numbers at one time which makes it hard to dial correctly. 12/06/2011
Rated 1 out of 5★ by Very tricky lock! I got the combo reset as per the instructions, used the lock about 4 times and then something went wrong and I can't get the lock bar up high enough to swing back to its resting place, which makes the lock useless! I've tried everything I can think of without success and found several other folks online who apparently had the same problem. And yes, I am using the same combination that I "reset" it to when first bought. If you already have one, I suggest that you do not leave it unlocked, even if it's not being used to secure anything at the time. I'm guessing that my lock somehow got unintentionally reset? If so, it's entirely too easy to do such. 08/20/2013
Rated 1 out of 5★ by 6 months of use and combination stopped working I had 6 months of perfect satisfaction and then one day I went to open my back hate and the combination no longer works. I haven't checked to see if I can find a manual online to possibly reset the combo and will probably have to go buy a lock cutter to get the lock off. Horrible product! I'm replacing it with the combo master lock I used on my previous back yard gate that worked flawlessly for 6 years, until I moved. 02/04/2014
