Brinkmann 63,500 BTU 5-Burner Gas Grill with Side Burner, Red Sedona 3.6 5 107 116
Who needs bricks? A Great Pizza Oven!! I wrote a cautious review "Problem-Free assembly 8/16" but I'm now such a fan of this grill that I had to write another review. My ultimate test is making thin crust pizza. Having bought 2 pizza stones I was able to crank up to temperature well above 600 degrees and my thin crust pizzas are done as fast as I can prepare the next one (2-3 minutes max). Flieshman’s yeast, sugar, 1/4 cup warm water, ten mins later work into 4 cups flour, tbsp olive oil, pinch salt, water. Leave for 1 hr or two. Roll or throw super thin. Tomato sauce to 1 inch of the edge and it will make its own crust edge. Limit your toppings to make super crusty light pizza. So easy! Enjoy. I love this barby: easy to clean, no drips, etc.! 08/31/2011
Great Barbecue for Great Price!!! I love the barbecue and it is functioning really good. The heat is equally distributed throughout the barbecue surface and it takes less than 5 min to reach the 300 F. the only problem that I have is the costumer service. One of the peices was broken and the other was missing, when I e-meiled them they reply my e-meil within 24 hours and asked me for my shipping address. It has been 2 weeks and I haven’t received my missing parts yet, )I am hopping that they are on the way :) ). fortunately I can still use the barbecue without those parts (they where tank holder and grease cup). By the way, it took me almost 4 hours to assemble the barbecue not 30 min. 08/15/2011
Great grill at a bargain price This Brinkman grill (810-2545W) is a genuine bargain - I'm totally pleased with this purchase. Looks and cooks great. Rated a best buy in the ratings of a leading consumer publication. Tips: if you have the store do the free assembly you probably will need a pick-up truck to get it home and two strong people to unload it (135lbs). One advantage of having them assemble is that if any of the parts were somehow damaged in transit you won't have to worry about it. The other option is to DIY - you can fit the (unassembled) box into a compact suv/mini van to get it home and then unload parts one at a time for a DIY assembly. It will take 2 hrs to put together. If you can handle a screwdriver and have the time you're set. 08/14/2011
I would recommend this grill I chose the deliver to my home option. This is the second rather significant purchase I have had delivered this way. Shipping is lack luster at best. The pool we ordered took nearly 3 weeks to get, and I had to inquire multiple times to locate the package.Upon receipt of the grill, the box looked okay from the outside. It wasn't until I began to assemble it, that I noticed lots of damage. Customer service stepped up to the plate, however, and made things right. The grill...works great, lots of grill surface. I like that the "bun warmer" rack doesn't move when you open the grill lid. It doesn't heat up as fast as my old grill, but the heat retention is wonderful to keep foods hot. 08/13/2011
