Helps me sleep! I broke my nose when I was younger and the strips help me to breathe, I have a hard time sleeping if I don't have one on!! 01/08/2011
Good, but not the best I use these Breathe Rights at the request of my spouse becasue I allgedly snore while sleeping, and they reportedly help cut down the noise. I have tried multiple brands, and Breethe Rights are clearly my favorite. Among Breethe Rights, however, the fabric version sticks to my nose much better than the clear version. 05/25/2011
