Rated 1 out of 5 by PedroReview Limited Use Be warned this charger will not work in a cigarette lighter socket - it's too short to connect properly.It does work in the accessory sockets that are in newer vehicles if their protective plastic cap will move out of the way enough. My Ford Ranger's accessory socket's cap would need to be cut off to allow use of this charger. My Mitsubishi's accessory socket did allow its use.I will probably trade this out for another style charger that also works in cigarette lighter socket. 01/05/2013
