It didn't work for my son. I recieved this at my baby shower as a gift. I had heard great thing about it. My son had got a diaper rash once when he was sick and it didn't help him at all. The only thing that cleared it up was the A&D Diaper rash ointment, but the Butt Paste was easy to clean off rather than Desitan. And for the most part the smell wasn't too bad. I would recommend to anyone to try it. It just didn't work that well on my son. 12/23/2009
