good stuff I use this product as a meal replacement, I put a cup of fruit, 6 oz nonfat yougurt and a protein shot in a blender with ice . makes an awesome smoothie. 01/19/2011
Perfect For After/During a Work Out I bought one of these in store today, and just took one. Wow, these do work faster than your typical protein shakes. I take a very high quality isolated protein shake, and this shot gave me more energy faster in less time(took on empty stomach which I do my shakes too). So, I will be buying these for my workouts, esp after weight training. These taste good, and I paid $1.97 for one in store, so i'll be buying them online for now on instead. 02/24/2012
