Supplement is good but Walmart can't supply it. I have used liquid L-Carnitine for years. This seems to give the same benefits as the higher priced supplements. The only negative I have is that when attempting to reorder it wasn't available from Walmart online. I use suppliments as part of a weight training schedule. If I can't depend on a supplier to have what I've been taking I'll switch to a comparable product that I can depend on being available 05/13/2012
Works! I've been taking this stuff for about a month. Taste is not very good and you definitely need to eat something when you take it or it will burn your throat while you workout.My cardio response has improved quite a bit in this last month. I used to see a 20 bpm cardiac drift over 45 mins of running, now I don't see any drift. This is the only thing that I have changed in this last month. I take 2 tablespoons daily. Its odd because my HR response like flipped a switch after a few weeks of taking this and now its so much better. Its possible that I have improved my fitness and I'm seeing the benefit of that with or without L-Carnitine but up until recently I've always had a cardiac drift of some kind and now I don't? I measure my running performance on a treadmill with set speed and log HR and my cycling performance is logged with HR/Speed/Power. When you compare like workouts pre and post L-Carnitine(month before taking it and this month of taking it), there's a significant difference. 04/25/2012
