Rated 1 out of 5 by KDeez Caution with products ordered through Plum struck I ordered this due to my back pain. Couldn't wait to get it. I receive it fast, so fast it was like they were waiting for someone to order the only table they had left. Anyway as I opened I notice screws and bolts loosely falling out the box.(bad sign) So I get it all out and notice a hinge was bent beyond repair. I notify them that this is not operable and would like a new hinge, to save the trouble of shipping back the table. They responded with two choices...1. Take the table as is, and receive a 15% discount..Yes 15% off for a non operable product. ( I laughed in disgust)... 2nd option was to go through the hassle, and return the product for a refund. No need to think about these choices. Poor customer service and product representation. Returning ASAP!I have ordered 5 items from Walmart this week...2 I am returning, and the 5th is still on its way. Now Im skeptical about this 5th item...Will not order again. 05/09/2013
