It arrived in 2 days and I had it assembled in 15 minutes. The leather is glove soft, the padding nice and thick and the chair adjusts and rolls easily. The high back and extra contour in the lumbar area make it extremely comfortable. I'll buy this again the next time I need a desk chair! 05/10/2011
