I bought two of these chairs for my manicuring station I have in a salon. One for me, the other for my customers. They are very comfortable, and considering I'm in mine several hours a day, that's a definite plus.

This chair provides seating for my clients during work sessions that last from an hour to an hour and a half, and they have been very pleased with the comfort and support it offers. It was easy to assemble (even for me!) and it looks good in my office. Great value for the price.

    • Yes you can adjust up and down... You can lean but it does not tilt , its just static straighr back

    • Yes it adjusts but the plastic piece that hold the back on the chair breaks easily. For example, it didn't last one day with my 125lb son sitting in it. I think this chair is a piece of junk.

    • The chair is very sturdy. The back will lean but only if you lean back in it for that purpose. its actually really hard to lean it back, though so it does support the back well and I am not a light weight person 190lbs and it hold up under my weight with ease. I sit in this chair at least 8 hours a day, as this is my office chair.

    • It adjusts up and down, but doesn't tilt back. If you lean back in it, it doesn't tend to tip, though.

    • See an earlier answer I posted but the answer is: The back is firmly bolted to the seat & arms so it adjusts up and down as you adjust the seat up and down. It is sturdy and holds when you lean back instead of tilting. I adjusted mine back to a comfortable reclining angle to type at my desk buy setting in it, pull the left under seat lever, throw my head back and push on floor with feet. When you get it to where it feels right, let go of the lever and it stays there. If you do not touch the left lever it stays there forever. If you then lean back it stays at the same seat to back Angle you adjusted it to. If you push hard on floor to lean back the whole chair leans back. It does not rock like a rocking chair. I tried to do this and soon got to my tip toes before any sensation of tilting too far was felt. Arms too are all bolted as a firm assembly so think of the seat, arms, and back as a solid unit tilting back as you adjust the RAKE of the seat.

I have long legs, but can still make do if the back can be adjusted back so that I can adjust the back so that I can sit back further.

    • See an earlier answer I posted but the answer is: No. The seat, back, and arms are all bolted together and do not adjust the way you suggest. Sitting straight up in the chair, I measured from the inside pit of my knees to just behind my tail bone and I get 19 inches. This gives me 5 inches of gap from my posterior to the edge of the back where it will touch when I lean back. In other words from the front edge of the seat to the back is 21 ". This does not include about 1 " of seat compression at knees and 1" compression of back material when you set back. I'm 5 ' 6'' at 180. Gut feel: I would think a 6'2''300 pound person would be just about the limit but I do not know for sure, something your lawyer will have to argue...

    • The back attachment has a slot that is about 1-2 inches long, for different adjustments as to how close the back is to the seat. I'm short (5'2") and have mine extended as far out as possible. Not sure if this chair would work for you.
