Rated 5 out of 5 by BeverLeigh Really good iron.
I was really surprised at this iron. I love the steam button feature. It just zaps the wrinkles right out. It also has a auto clean button too. It is a really good bargain for the price and well worth the money.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Jazyj It's OK
This is not a bad iron it just does not have consistent features. The first thing is that it did not stand up on its own very well. Any slight movement would put it on its side and sometimes on the floor. The power steam button kept getting stuck. Had to hit the iron on the side a few times and the button would pop back up. Temperature did not get very hot. We like our iron temperature hot with a lot of steam and this didn't deliver like our past irons. Then it broke, one day it stopped working.
Rated 1 out of 5 by TheTruth2 Don't buy this iron
The price, appearance, and features got me to buy this iron yesterday, however, my experience with the value and durability has convinced me to return the iron today for a full refund.
1) Iron emitted a burning smell as soon as I turned it on.
2) Iron released white powdery crystals all over my shirt when I pressed the steam button. I had to use the self-clean feature to eliminate the crystals.
3) The water spray feature doesn't work when I press the button. I've pressed the button over 100 times.
4) Iron leaks water on low temperature settings. According to the box, it shouldn't do this.
5) Iron doesn't reach a useful heating temperature. Too weak.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Berrychamp Not so much
Didn't like the color but all other features appealed to me...control knob on TOP (not under handle); steam and "squirt" features all okay. On second day of use, however, the steam blast button simply stopped working. Bummer. Had to return it.
Rated 4 out of 5 by AGK55 Almost Perfect
I have not had it very long so I don't no about the durability. Everything works fine but it stays slightly warm after I turn it off so I alway unplug it (good idea in any case). I also do not like the green color. As an Interior Designer I am discussed with what other designers think is the "color of the year".
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sofialou I have had a few irons to compare this iron to. So far it is very reliable and irons better than any of my previous irons. I do like it very much.
Rated 1 out of 5 by 4home definitely not a bargain
just purchased this iron last week...decided that i had better take it out of box and try it today...took out of box, read instructions, filled with water, plugged in, turned on, set on cotton setting, waited to heat up, started ironing, leaked water out of bottom....nice mess...am returning it to store!!!...save yourself some trouble...choose a different model...

The iron started out great, but after only a few months I cannot use it anymore because it leaks water all over, especially from where the power cords comes out.
Rated 1 out of 5 by DaisyDogLover Leaks Water Everywhere - Unable to Use
Shortly after getting this iron home, it started pouring out any water that is placed in it. I am unable to use it. Unfortunately, I threw away the box and receipt; will still try to return. Do not recommend this iron.
Rated 1 out of 5 by BroadwayFan started leaking after only 2 months
I bought this iron at the local Walmart, because my other iron stopped steaming.
In less than 2 months, the water started leaking from the water well.
Time to buy another iron. I guess I'll try a different brand next.
Rated 1 out of 5 by dsintn Good while it lasted
I purchased this iron from Walmart a few months ago, and it worked fine for awhile. Today, however, it stopped working after a couple of minutes of ironing. It does not heat up at all. It appears I will have to buy another iron, but it will be a different brand.
Rated 5 out of 5 Best buy for a steam iron.. Get one !
This is simply the best iron for the money. JConsumer Report said so and now that i have it and have used it i agree. If you need a steam iron GET THIS ONE !
Rated 2 out of 5 by homeschoolmom77 White powdery stuff came out of the holes when I started ironing with it. The iron was left on all night and the auto shut-off never worked. The fabric temperatures do not seem right either.
Rated 2 out of 5 by jrayak I like the looks and feel of this product. It is easy to handle, but it does not get hot enough to iron jeans or linen.
Rated 4 out of 5 by iceman0607 very reliable product
i thought this a product i can trust i have it bought from walmart online and am very happy the price is also unbelievable. good product nice price
Rated 2 out of 5 by RascalMan ONLY 1200 WATTS - TOO SLOW TO HEAT UP
Nice iron but as only 1200 watts it is way too slow to heat up. Not much steam but the blast mode is very good. Returned to Walmart and bought another iron.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Riderfan I like it...
I got this on sale so the price was cheaper than mentioned here. The last iron I purchased had loose parts on the inside and leaked like a sieve, why it only cost $8. I never bothered to take it back.
This iron performs well except for the steam burst button which is slow to burst steam, why it was on sale likely. Other than that it works great, heats well over the sole plate and steams consistently. No leaking. The best feature about this iron is its solid construction. Due to their design irons tend to fall over or get knocked to the floor often as in my case, twice already. It withstood the impact of bouncing off a wooden cabinet onto a carpet. It didn't break or get chipped and still worked.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Vizhen Leaks from day one
This iron should not advertise that it is a no leak because it has always leaked from day one. The only reason I did not take the iron back is because I threw the box and receipt away before I even tested it out good. Shame on me. I figured for $30 there would be no problems. I've never paid this much for an iron so I was feeling pretty confident. So I live with the leaking iron, wet clothes, and wet ironing board until it stops working or I purchase another iron. Lesson learned: do your research and keep receipts and boxes at least a week before tossing.
Rated 3 out of 5 by gvt3535 mechanical faliure
It worked well for two weeks and then started shutting down while in use. Walmart was kind enough to give us a refund. I think some electrical problem was the cause. Otherwise it was good product worth the price.
Rated 5 out of 5 by ARMYCPT Like the steam
Good Value for buck!!!
Rated 3 out of 5 by IBMretiree This iron performed well and was easy to use. Unfortunately, the dial that controls the temperature/steam was very difficult to turn. It was a manufacturing defect. I had to return it to store (Walmart). The reason that I did not get a 'replacement' unit is because this model was not available in local Walmart store and only available online. I needed an iron urgently and did not want to wait for another week for shipment.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Rakker57 Had decent reviews for an inexpensive iron, including a SS plate- Wife likes it
Rated 2 out of 5 by t2012 start off good- but the steam button give out!!
I RECIEVE this iron two time- one time was a gift and the other i purchase- both irons steam button got stuck- i'm keeping the one i bought because it runs okay and i'll really don't feel like buying another but it is a bummer that this happen two times- if it wasn't for that- this would be a great iron. Don't buy it- It's great at first but later on the steam button gets stuck.
Rated 4 out of 5 by suziebingo Love this iron!!! In fact, I'm actually doing my ironing right now. Just took a break for a minute to write this review.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Kathol Worst Iron Ever
Will never buy a black & decker iron again. Steam button didn't work & got stuck for no reason. And this iron leaks water like crazy all over my satin tops and business suits. DO NOT BUY...
Rated 5 out of 5 by tiper good value
the iron is great- works fine for me
I had one just like it for about 3 years (it shorted or something/died)
so I went back to Walmart looking for the same one and they only had one just like it.
that one was on display- none on shelf. they wouldn't sell me the display (which the price
in the store was $19.99) so I found it online for only $15
I ordered two so as to have a spare
Rated 2 out of 5 by GTbanna Fifty fifty
I ordered two for the twins for college, one worked well and the other just kept leaking water for whatever reason. Other than that, the one that worked well was pretty good for the money. I would have given it a higher rating but I had to go to the store return this one and purchase another.
Rated 5 out of 5 by NE2SW This iron is a great value for the cost.
This iron has many features of the more expensive models. Heats up quickly, cools down quickly when changing fabrics. Iron is well balanced and easy to navigate. The weight is perfect... heavy enough to easily press heavy garments, but doesn't cause wrist fatigue. Available in attractive colors. The only negative issue for me is that the spray and steam surge buttons are reversed from my previous model. This takes a little getting used to for me, but well worth the effort. Very good value!
Rated 5 out of 5 by redcarnmater Very Nice Iron
Have been using similar product, just to cautiont, I will not be using the filtered water...for future.
Rated 5 out of 5 by milik Great iron for the money
