This iron performed well and was easy to use. Unfortunately, the dial that controls the temperature/steam was very difficult to turn. It was a manufacturing defect. I had to return it to store (Walmart). The reason that I did not get a 'replacement' unit is because this model was not available in local Walmart store and only available online. I needed an iron urgently and did not want to wait for another week for shipment. 10/19/2011

start off good- but the steam button give out!! I RECIEVE this iron two time- one time was a gift and the other i purchase- both irons steam button got stuck- i'm keeping the one i bought because it runs okay and i'll really don't feel like buying another but it is a bummer that this happen two times- if it wasn't for that- this would be a great iron. Don't buy it- It's great at first but later on the steam button gets stuck. 10/15/2011
