The Black and Decker Quick N Easy Plus Food Processor is a must-have appliance for every kitchen. With a powerful motor and sharp blades this processor can slice, shred, chop, and blend to make food in minutes. This electric food processor comes with removable large 8-cup container that can easily process both large and small quantity food. It has stainless steel, sharp, reversible disc for slicing and shredding, whereas the continuous-flow chute efficiently chops vegetables into the separate bowl. You can also mix and mince in this processor. This black and Decker 8 cup food processor has two standard low and high speed settings for added convenience. You can store your food in the container that comes with a tight storage lid that is included with the processor. The safety lock secures the container tightly to the processor. This electric food processor features removable parts and the top rack is dishwasher safe.

Rated 2 out of 5 by OldWreck Hugely Disappointed I bought this product because the one I wanted was once again not in stock at my local store. Black & Decker is usually dependable, so I chose it instead. When I removed it from the box I was not too pleased as the parts didn't seem too durable. After trying out the food processor (and I think the instructions could be more detailed) I found that the piece to stop the continuous flow doesn't fit well and so doesn't work, and all this processor will do is shred, and it wasn't pretty. It basically just mushed everything up. No matter what we did, all we got was "veggie cole slaw". I wanted nicely sliced vegetables. This machine should have made my life easier. Instead I now have to lug it back to the store and return it. Definitely would not recommend this nor purchase anything like it again. 01/13/2010

It does not have a seperate lid for when you are chopping food in the bowl part. The only lid for the bowl is the one with the feed spout on it and when I tried to use it to chop something it sprayed out all over the counter. I DID use the plastic block part for the hole at the bottom of the feed spout, but the liquid just spurted out around it. I want a processor that has a seperate lid for chopping in the bowl and then one for feeding in items from the top. I have a small one that has 2 lids like I want, but I just need a bigger processor. 09/08/2010
