Great product! The reason I bought this was my old Iron 's cord broke- from wrapping it around - This one is retractable - and works great ! Should last much longer - Also has Auto shutoff - A must have ! Very happy with this purchase 08/03/2010
Something is wrong with this iron... If I hadn't thrown away the box, I would definitely ask for a refund.The first time I used it, it stained my shirt with oxide residue. I used the auto clean button and I have never been so discusted. What came out of the iron was more like mud than water.My previous iron was a black and decker and it worked fine, makes me wonder what they have done to improve them that has actually made them worse.I keep using it but now I have to abstain from adding water to it.That has ruined my ironing experience. 08/08/2011
Black & Decker First Impression Iron DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.After you do about 3 hours of iron, the sole plate will begin to scorch and ruin your clothing. It cannot be cleaned at all.SAVE YOURSELF FROM EXPENSE AND TIME. 04/18/2011
