Rated 1 out of 5 by shopper9912 steam button broken The steam button broke immediately. Looked nice in the store. Think B&D's quality has gone down hill... Also, the temperature wheel is now just numbers. I have no idea what a 3 is for vs. 4 or 5. Would get a different one. 06/26/2011

Rated 2 out of 5 by shoppinghorseheads leaks, steam button sticks I am on my 4th and last iron. My first one started leaking shortly after purchase. I returned it for another which leaked as soon as I got it home. I exchanged for my 3rd which didn't leak but the steam button stayed stuck when it was pressed. I returned it for my 4th and this one: the steam button stuck and it leaks. I will be buying something other than a B&D. 02/03/2012
