Works ok, but features lacking Wal-mart, other stores and Black & Decker need to sit down on this one. The product description need sto be updated and the packaging & manual still show pull out hooks, but the unit does not come with them. This was one of the features that attracted us to this one. So far it works ok, but I am waiting to see if any of the other features stop working. 03/26/2011
great product, attractive, great value The toaster oven I paid $80 for gave it up after only 2 yrs so I decided to not spend so much this time. Love this! Great looking, more options than my other one, 4 slices fit easily. As for durability, time will tell. 03/13/2011
Questionable I was hoping that this would be an easier item to use in an apartment. I wish I would have gotten a toaster instead. It is very touchy and takes 8 minutes to toast bread, and you have to turn it over. The oven part doesn't work very well, and there really isn't much space. Sorry I spent the money. 03/07/2011
