WE have tried 2 others which didn't last more than 2 uses with out breaking hinges. A definate good purchase. 02/26/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by GrannyGoodgears I bought this to replace my old waffle iron that had worn out. I like that it is for regular waffles. I wass a little disappointed that it has a single coil instead of the wire coils that my old one had. It seems to cook a little unevenly, (the back side of the waffles are a lighter color than the front side. They are tasty and tender though, so I guess that would override the appearance thing. Overall, it is a good product, so far. 02/25/2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Toni04 I love the waffles The waffle grates make fantastic waffles. I cook them on the light setting. Then, when they cool, I freeze them in zip lock bags. Then pop into a 350° toaster oven to heat and brown for 5 minutes. Absolutely delicious. I wish I had gotten this appliance years ago. 02/14/2011
