I really didn't think black cohosh would help me sleep through the night or make the hot flashes go away.Imagine my relief when within 24 hours of taking the suggested dose my hot flashes were pretty much gone and I slept through the night for the first time in months. And since I'm sleeping better that mental fogginess has cleared and I just feel so much better! Not grouchy and tired all the time.I take one with breakfast, one at dinner and then one before I go to sleep. I feel like I have my life back because of black cohosh. This is a truly wonderful product, one that I am so grateful to have found. To think I almost didn't even bother! My symptoms were so bad though that I was desperate! Don't wait, try this. 08/06/2012

I HAVE PERIMENOPAUSE, SINCE MY 20´S(NOW I HAVE 34 YRS) AND IT EMBARRASING THAT I ´M ALWAYS HAVING HOT FLASHES SO I BEGIN SEARCHING SOMETHING THAT CAN HELP ME REDUCE THESE SYMPTOMS I READ LIKE 3 MONTHS AGO THAT BLACK COHOSH HAVE HELP SO MANY PEOPLE THROUGH OUT THE MENOPAUSE, SO I TOOK A RISK AND BOUGHT THIS ITEM, I HAVE TAKING THESE LIKE ALMOST A MONTH AND A HALF I ALL I CAN SAY IS THOSE REALLY WORK FOR ME, NOW I HAVE LESS SYMPTOMS OF HOT FLASHES, AND I DONT FEEL DIZZY, OR ANY HEART PALPITATIONS OR ANY OF THAT, SO I CAN REALLY SAY THAT I DO RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. 10/25/2012
