Rated 4 out of 5 by CChic Enjoy this product I have to say that I enjoy this product. Being the mother of children and having pets I am always cleaning up spills and spots on the floor. This product makes it very easy to clean small areas or big ones. I use it on my laminated hard wood floors, the only complain I do have is that the cord could be longer and if you dont go with the grain on the wood it leaves streaks behind. I would recommend this product and am very happy that I dont have to drag out the mop anymore!! 11/02/2008
Rated 5 out of 5 by Idothefloors Worked like it should Read reviews of Bissell and Shark. Went with the product that sounded like it would do the job. Glad I did. Saw the difference in both. Bissell is well made and seems like it will hold up. The shark is flimsy plastic. Like the trigger on the Bissell that lets me control the steam going forward and back. Did have to do the floor twice, the ground in dirt was hard to remove. Owning a Lab it gets pretty dirty fast but I believe with the Bissell Steam Mop the job will be easier if done at least once a week. Only down side is the need for filters. I hope it will be cost effective. In addition, the color is a little drab. Should be more modern. 11/02/2008

The bissell is very economical, it sanitizes the floor with plain water, and the pads are washable! We have large dogs that leave lots of paw prints, and this has made my floor cleaning much easier:) 11/01/2008
Rated 1 out of 5 by Bayouboggie Puddle Maker I was thrilled to order this product but once I got it and used it I was so disappointed. I have ceramic and laminate flooring in my house. The Bissell steam mop left puddles of water and streaks on my laminate flooring. The ceramic just had puddles. I had to use a towel to dry my floors. I thought this was the answer to clean and streak free floors but I was wrong. 11/01/2008
