    love it!!! i bought the spotbot yeterday and have been busy ever since. i have had coffee, cocoa, etc stains that i have had for at least 6 months come right out.(on a beige carpet)it does leave a circular pattern which disappears by simply brushing your hand over it.i kept the box, etc in anticipation of returning it but now i have thrown the container away!!i use regular shampoo solution and finds it works as well as the solution sample they provide. 04/11/2008
    Fantastic! We bought this to take care of the small spills and stains left behind by our kids, and I'm so happy we did. It picks up the little messes, as well as the big ones left behind by my husband.The picture is of our door leading from the garage to the house. My husband would track in grease, oil, dirt....as well as paint dust from sanding. We used my sisters spot cleaner and it didn't touch the stains. The Spot Bot did the job! The carpet in that area had been dark and discolored for well over 6 months..and the Spot Bot is picking it all up.My only complaint is that it goes through solution SO fast. 05/03/2008
    Great for pet stains ! I was a little leary buying this with only reading one review. I also have an older dog that is starting to have accidents. I had a bunch of older stains on a light blue carpet. I thought I would give it a shot ,and it worked GREAT! Its simple to use , and simple to clean. Nice long cord, easy to use controls, easy to store. As far as durability goes, its to soon to tell , but it appears to be built well. I recommend this product. 08/27/2007
    Bissell SpotBot Hands-Free Great little machine. We have an older dog that has started to have accidents in the house. We keep the SpotBot ready to use so we can get to it right away. Now I don't have to drag out the big steam machine. 08/16/2007
