Excellent Product! A real must for any pet owner!!! After adopting a new puppy and repeatedly investing in renting carpet cleaning equipment, I soon learned that I needed to do research and invest in my own equipment because "going to the dogs" was NOT making me happy. My research led me to purchase this machine - and my personal experience backed up the information. This is very easy to use and it does an excellent job. I now am a happy pet owner whereas before investing in this machine, I had considered getting rid of my puppy - just for being a puppy! Now it's easy to clean up after "accidents" or those muddy tracked in paw prints. We have red clay and I've had lots of yard work :-( ergo big messes especially when it rains combined with a pet door which allows little control to clean those paws before coming inside! 01/07/2009
It's cute but... This is a very stylish carpet cleaner. But is is only good for small areas or spot cleaning. It uses too much shampoo and water. You have to either empty or refill the unit too many times due to its small capacity. In order to complete my family room which is aprox 12' by 18', I used almost a full gallon of cleaner and had to empty or refill the cleaner at least 15 times. I have a smaller unit and to do the same room I had to refill the unit about 5 times. This unit creates much more work. I willl be returning this unit in search of one that uses less shampoo and has a larger water storage capacity. 12/11/2008
You get what you pay for! This carpet cleaner is a great unit and is everything I expected. This unit is the top of the line Bissell and you will pay a bit more for it... you get what you pay for. The unit does a fantastic job of cleaning my carpets and has great accessories. The only slight downfall of this product is that you must frequently empty the dirty water tank and refill the bladder with clean water. Other than that it is a great value for the price. I would recommend this unit and would definitely reccomend the Bissell line of products. 12/06/2008
Awesome Product I purchased this product about three weeks ago and I absolutely love it. It cleaned deeply and removed some stains that I had on my carpet. My favorite feature is the hot water heater. It heats the water 25 degrees hotter than the tap water. The hot water really makes a difference in the overall cleanliness. Its very versatile there are attachments to clean upholstery, stairs, and hard to reach corners. I am so glad that I purchased this machine and would recommend it to everyone. 12/03/2008
